By accessing and using Fleetfox's AI scheduling platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Fleetfox provides AI-powered scheduling and routing optimization software for field service operations. Our platform helps businesses automate task assignment, optimize routes, and improve operational efficiency.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Fleetfox, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Subscription and Payment

Fleetfox operates on a subscription basis. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

5. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Fleetfox platform. We use your data solely to provide and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance and updates will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fleetfox Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your contract. Upon termination, you will have access to export your data for a limited period.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notification at least 30 days in advance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vaasa, Finland.
